1. WHAT IS YOUR NAME & POSITION AT MODERN MANAGED IT?
My name is Judy Nichols, and I am the Project Manager at Modern Managed IT.
2. WHAT DOES YOUR JOB AT MODERN MANAGED IT ENTAIL?
As the Project Manager, I am in charge of helping with the onboarding of new customers and various internal projects.
3. WHAT DREW YOU TO WORK FOR MODERN MANAGED IT?
I have a strong background in support, which has helped me develop a passion for helping customers. Modern Managed IT is currently working with several small businesses that have been impacted by the ongoing pandemic, and I am happy to help alleviate some of the problems and pain they are experiencing. I am excited to be a part of an organization that is helping small businesses by providing an essential service to the market at an affordable price.
4. FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT MODERN MANAGED IT?
My favorite part about working at Modern Managed IT is the energetic work environment. Modern Managed IT hires employees who care about their customers and coworkers, and that shines through in our engaging work space.
5. FUN FACT ABOUT YOU:
Most people don’t know that I worked with Akita Rescue, a dog rescue organization based in Houston, and I was even featured on the National Pet Psychic show with Shadow, one of the animals I rescued. Shadow had been attacked by other dogs while in a shelter and was severely underfed. Shadow received the love and attention he needed to recover, and ended up weighing in at a whopping 95lbs! Shadow made a full recovery and was eventually adopted by some kind women in the Valley and he now lives in the lap of luxury.
6. FAVORITE LOCAL BUSINESS:
Right now, my favorite local restaurant is The Branch Restaurant, and my second favorite is Bare Bull BBQ.
7. FAVORITE BREAKFAST TACO
I can never go wrong with a bean and cheese with bacon taco for breakfast in the morning!
